A villa, partly single- and partly two-storied, in a conservation area, was demolished except for its front brick wall and re-built as a three-storey family dwelling with a central atrium and hidden cellar.

With a tight budget, the existing building being part of a terrace with weak foundations, and major weather events, this was an extremely challenging build.  The beautiful result is a tribute to the imagination and determination of the clients.
