This is a national highway near the Vietnamese border.<\/p>\n<p>But repair is ongoing: the leaves in the road mean&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/willandrewsdesign.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/img_2718.jpg\" class=\"size-full\"\/><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;pothole repair! In the wet, grit and mud play havoc with the transmission.
