Some English speakers have not yet lost the ability to say ‘h’.  These speakers ought to be exempted from the irritation of having to read or hear unnecessary ‘n’s such as ‘A(n) hotel, ‘A(n) html document’, etc.  All such ‘n’s should be subject to UN sanctions or drone strikes or something, as a sort of ‘war on error’.  Those who have lost the ‘h’ pronunciation ability must be encouraged to re-learn correct pronunciation.
